Seasonal specialties include soft-shelled crabs with Chinese mustard soy sauce, wok-charred Copper River Salmon on spring rolls, with crispy shrimp, accented with lime ginger wasabi buerre blanc, and rack of lamb oven roasted in seasoned bread crumbs, served with a roasted red pepper and roasted garlic marsala sauce. Restaurant dinner hours are from 5:30 to 9 pm. This business was rated as one of the top ten Lakeside resorts in the West by Sunset Magazine in August of 2007.
