Sandpoint Weather

Sandpoint is blessed with a four season climate that is more
moderate than that found further east in the Rockies. There
is neither extremely hot, nor extremely cold weather.
Usually there are only a few subzero days each winter, while
summer has equally few days on which the temperature rises
above 90 degrees. Nights are generally cool.
One of the greatest attractions to Sandpoint
and North Idaho is the weather. In the summer we have
a beautiful lake (Lake Pend Oreille and many smaller lakes)
to boat and fish on while in the winter we can always expect
a good snow pack for skiing at Schweitzer Mountain Ski
Resort. If you like four seasons, Sandpoint is a great
destination to check out!
