1948 fire in sandpoint idaho

"In 1948, a fire broke out in back of Nead's Five & Dime Store located on 2nd and Cedar in Sandpoint. The building next door was the Bonner County National Bank, and it was located where Vanderford's is today. Banking was moved to the bar in the Elk's Club until repairs were made."
