208-263-9191 The Panida originally opened as a vaudeville and movie theater in 1927. After a number of decades of neglect, the theater was saved thanks to a community fundraising and restoration effort in 1985.
The 550-seat theater is now on the National Register of Historic Places and hosts more than 100 performances every year.
